Privacy Policy

Stand-To! Coaching is a transition and recovery service of Storm6Apps LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use standtocoaching.com and related coaching intake flows operated through this site.
Coaching is not medical or mental health treatment. Nothing here changes the coaching disclaimer posted on the site.
Information we collect
- Inquiry and intake forms. When you submit an inquiry, agreement, or assessment, we collect the information you enter (for example, name, email address, and the narrative fields you choose to provide). We use this to evaluate fit, deliver coaching, and meet recordkeeping needs tied to the service.
- Resource downloads and email signup. If you request a free PDF or join the email list through a form on the site, we store your email address and related signup metadata (for example, which form you used and the time of signup).
- Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics (and related Firebase web measurement) to understand traffic, navigation, and engagement in aggregate. Those tools may set cookies or similar technologies according to Google’s policies.
- Technical data. Like most websites, servers and hosting providers may log basic technical information (for example, IP address, browser type, and timestamps) for security and reliability.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries, schedule conversations, and operate the coaching relationship.
- To send transactional messages (for example, confirmations related to forms you submit).
- To send a short welcome email series after a resource signup, when you have opted in. You can unsubscribe from non-transactional messages at any time by replying to any email or writing to jimlong@standtocoaching.com.
- To improve the site, measure interest in resources, and protect against fraud or abuse.
Legal bases (where applicable)
Depending on your location, privacy laws may require a “legal basis” for processing. We rely on your consent where we ask for it (for example, marketing or non-essential email), on performance of a contract where you are becoming a client, and on legitimate interests such as site security and understanding aggregate usage, balanced against your rights.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers needed to run the site and the business (for example, hosting, email delivery, analytics, and payment processors when you pay for services). Those providers are required to use data only to perform services for us.
Retention
We retain client-related records as long as needed to provide coaching, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Marketing or resource-signup data is retained on a rolling basis unless you ask us to delete it, subject to legal exceptions.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to a small coaching practice. No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure.
Your choices
- You may request access, correction, or deletion of certain information by emailing us.
- You may disable cookies in your browser; some site features may not work as intended.
Children
This site and coaching services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the age required by your jurisdiction).
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Please review this page periodically.
